Challenges Faced
01
Hard Rock Excavation
The excavation of hard rock proved to be challenging and required the use of specialized excavation machinery, such as a Poclain.
02
Densely Populated Area
The project was located in a densely populated colony, which led to limited space for raw material storage. To manage this, ready-mix concrete (RMC) was used instead of on-site mixing, increasing the construction cost by 10%.
03
Client Requirements
The client requested the inclusion of two shops within a residential house, which was incorporated into the design to meet their needs.
Solutions Provided
01
Powering Through Rock
The use of Poclain excavation machinery allowed for efficient handling of the hard rock excavation, ensuring a solid foundation for the structure.
02
Space-Saving, Quality-Boosting
Ready-mix concrete was used to overcome the material storage space limitation and ensure high-quality construction, despite the added cost.
03
Blending Business with Beauty
The requested two shops were integrated seamlessly into the residential design, fulfilling the client’s business needs while maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of the home.
